McDonald’s Unveils Taylor Swift-Inspired “Bestie Bundle” Meal

This will be a happy meal for Swifties.

McDonald’s has debuted a new value meal apparently inspired by the friendship bracelets exchanged on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

The Bestie Bundle, which costs $13 CAD plus tax, includes two of everything – Junior Chicken sandwiches, small fries and small fountain drinks – perfect for sharing with a friend. It even features two limited edition friendship bracelets that are emblazoned with five phrases such as “Live Laugh Big Mac.”

“With the Bestie Bundle, we invite best friends everywhere to share a meal with a little something extra to remember it by,” she said. McDonalds Canada

“We brought our guests the Bestie Bundle because we know our favorite McDonald’s orders bring friends together,” Alyssa Buetikofer, chief marketing officer of McDonald’s Canada, said in a statement.

“With Pako Bestie, we invite best friends everywhere to share a meal with a little something extra to remember it by.”

There’s a catch for American Swifties, though: the value meal is only available in Canada. The fact has sparked outrage among fans of fast food and Swift.

“Crying in American,” said one TikTok user.

“Is this only in Canada?? America is on fire right now… I need a little bundle of joy,” pleaded another.

“You’re telling me this is only in CANADA!! I want a friendship bracelet,” complained one person.

“Time to take a trip to Canada,” someone else wrote.

“Never in my life have I wanted to be Canadian more than today,” content creator Brittany Giaccani said in a recent TikTok clip. “Do I have friends in Canada? I just love them so bad.”

The release comes as Swift performs in Toronto for two weekends and Vancouver next month on her blockbuster Eras tour, during which devoted fans have created a plethora of colorful friendship bracelets to wear and exchange at each stop.

The bracelets, inspired by a line in her song “You’re on Your Own, Kid” about making beaded jewelry, are typically emblazoned with song titles, lyrics, acronyms or other Swift-related phrases, promoting the brands produce and sell them. , too.
